Our team consists of highly qualified and motivated professionals, who are all experts in their field. With many years of experience in the accounting & finance industry, they have the expertise to provide comprehensive, first-rate services to clients.
Ryan K. Bell Partner
Ryan is a goal oriented entrepreneur whose expertise and passion lie within finance and financial markets.
He is the President of Ryno Capital Advisors, Inc., a boutique Investment Advisory & Wealth Management Firm.
Ryan's primary focus with Bell & Clements is to provide aided oversight in the long term vision and expansion of the Firm. Ryan has started and overseen businesses in aviation, real estate, and financial services. He has a degree in finance from Valdosta State University.
Ryan enjoys family trips and cooking. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Amanda. They have 2 daughters, Lilly Mae & Gemma, and two dogs, Meech & Marlo.
Barbara H. Clements, EAPartner & Chief Tax Preparer
Barbara has been assisting a full range of clientele, in tax & accounting, since the late 1970s . Prior to starting her own practice, last known as Clements Financial Services, Inc., she worked in the Audit Department of the Internal Revenue Service.
In 2016, Barbara merged her firm with Ryno Capital Advisors, Inc, spinning off the tax practice part of the business into Bell & Clements Tax Solutions, LLC.
Barbara has an Enrolled Agent (EA) status with the Internal Revenue Service. She has a degree from the University of Georgia and an advanced degree from Louisiana State University.
Barbara's wisdom and desire to always seek the best and most appropriate route in aiding clients definitely sets her apart from the rest.
In her spare time, she likes traveling with her husband, Michael, usually to see one of their many children and / or grandchildren.
Carolyn M. Hurst, CPAPartner & Senior Tax Preparer
Prior to working with Bell & Clements, LLC, Carolyn worked with Barbara Clements at Clements Financial Services, Inc. Her compassion and expertise makes her an vital asset to the the Firm.
Carolyn is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has been working as an accountant in various capacities for over 25 years. She has a degree and Masters in Accounting from Florida State University.
Carolyn is married to Cole and together they have two children, Haley and Hunter.
In her spare time, she enjoys horseback riding.
John A. KraniouOperations Manager
A native of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, John moved to Tallahassee in 2007 in order to accept a Graduate Teaching Fellowship at Florida State University. His academic interests eventually led him to pursue a career in finance, making the transition from academe in the private financial sector in 2014.
Prior to moving to Tallahassee, John earned a BA from the University of Pittsburgh and a JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
In his spare time, John enjoys watching his Pittsburgh Penguins, Liverpool F.C., and participating in several local non-profits.
